Success really requires coordination across disciplines and a desire to push yourself. I like to think it also encourages more trust in your team and those you work when you feel like you’re tackling a challenge together. We’re all our own worst enemy, so finding a way to muster up the willpower to overcome doubts and deficiencies is just easier when you feel like you’re in it together.
